Missions

Christ Church Vienna is Externally Focused and For Vienna: we seek to be advocates for our local community. And as Anglicans we are part of a global church, so we partner with other churches and organizations to support Kingdom work happening around the world. Financially, CCV is committed to donating a minimum of 20% of its income to missions. Each month we'll highlight a current mission opportunity you can participate in, and further below is the list of organizations and opportunities we support throughout the year.

World Vision Walk for Water 6K: May 16

The Walk for Water happens yearly in May throughout the town of Vienna. Proceeds from the sign-up fee support World Vision’s efforts to provide children throughout the globe access to clean water. Participants walk a 6K, which represents the average distances many children must travel daily to provide their families with water.

This is a fun missions opportunity for families and folks of all ages! You can run, walk, jog, crawl any or all of the 6K throughout Vienna. Many families bring their dogs as well!

Walk for $50/adult (over 18) or student/child for $25 (below 18). Sign up for the walk or donate using the link below.
