WHO:
If you are in high school (grades 9-12), YOU are
invited along with any friends you want to bring!
WHEN:
February 16-18, 2024 (Presidents’ Day Weekend). Check-in will begin promptly at 4:30pm on Friday at the CCV Offices (114 Courthouse Rd SW, Vienna, VA). Please be on time and ready to go! Bring a bag dinner with you to eat on the bus. We will return on Sunday, February 18th at 11:30 pm.
WHAT:
A great weekend away with your friends: challenging talks about
God by a special speaker, some really cool music, ridiculous skits, crazy games, great food, high
adventure activities, plenty of free time and opportunities to hang
out with friends, the time of your life and so much more!
WHERE:
Rockbridge Alum Springs Camp in Goshen, VA. It’s an amazing
place! Check out their website — www.rockbridge.younglife.org.
HOUSING:
All students stay in dorm-like cabins with their friends and the
leaders on the trip.
COST:
The full cost is $345, which covers transportation,
lodging, all activities and food. A $25 late fee will apply after Feb 1st.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
Cancellations occurring within 14 days of your session will result in
forfeiture of ½ the tuition fee; Cancellations occurring within 7 days of your
session will result in forfeiture of TOTAL amount of the tuition fee.
SCHOLARSHIP DEADLINE:
Partial scholarships are available for those with true needs. Scholarship
requests must be submitted along with the registration form by February 1st.

WHAT TO BRING:
Warm clothes for 2 nights and 3 full days. Rain jacket (just in case). Bathing
suit & towel. Toiletries. Sneakers. Small amount of cash for snacks. Bag
dinner for the bus ride. Linens, pillows and blankets are provided. Cell
phones allowed for the bus trip but will be collected and locked up during our stay and returned when we board bus to go home.
MEDICATION:
Please do not bring medications or vitamins that are not a necessity.
All medication MUST be in the original container with the doctor’s
instruction label attached. The nurse will not accept medications in any
other state. In addition, the name on container must match the name on
the medication sheet at check-in (do not mix generic and common names.)
HS students are permitted to keep their medication with them. If you prefer
we dispense the medicine it will be at meals and bedtime only.
