WHO:
If you are in middle school (grades 6-8), YOU are invited along with any friends you want to bring!
WHAT:
A great weekend away with your friends: challenging talks about God, some cool music, ridiculous skits, crazy games, great food, high adventure activities, plenty of free time and opportunities to hang out with friends, the time of your life and so much more!
WHEN:
March 4 – March 6, 2022. We will be departing Friday, Mar 4th with check-in beginning promptly at 4:30pm on Friday at the Christ Church Vienna Office (114 Courthouse Rd SW, Vienna, VA). Please be on time and ready to go! Bring a bag dinner with you to eat on the bus. We will return on Sunday, March 6th at 3pm.

Rockbridge Alum Springs Camp in Goshen, VA. It’s an amazing place! Check out their website — www.rockbridge.younglife.org.
CAMP COVID POLICY:
While this seems to be constantly changing, at this point we do know that everyone will wear masks while transported in charter buses and while indoors at camp (ie.. during clubs, in Spring Center, Game Room etc…) and any other situations where students are in close proximity with one another- with the exception of student’s cabin groups – for now cabin groups will be considered a “pod” and sleeping in the same room and eating together at tables in the Dining Hall without having to wear masks. Every student and leader at camp will have to provide a COVID waiver to attend camp and we are still working with Camp to finalize this and will no doubt recieve updates as we get closer to the weekend. We will share with the group as we get updates.
COST:
The full cost is $285, which covers transportation, lodging and linens, all activities and food.
HOUSING:
All students stay in dorm-like cabins with their friends and leaders on the trip.
WHAT TO BRING:
Warm clothes for 2 nights and 3 days. Rain jacket (just in case). Bathing suit & towel. Toiletries. Sneakers. Small amount of cash for snacks. Bag dinner for the bus ride. Linens, pillows and blankets are provided. Cell phones will be allowed for the bus ride but phones will be collected and locked up while we are at camp.
WHAT’S NEXT:
Fill out the registration form and mail it/drop it off at the Christ Church Vienna Office (114 Courthouse Rd SW, Vienna, VA, 22180) along with the full $285 payment by February 6, 2022. A $25 late fee will apply after Feb 6th.
SCHOLARSHIP DEADLINE:
Scholarships may be available for those with true needs. Scholarship requests must be submitted along with the registration form by February 6th. For a scholarship form please email Rod Nunez at Rod@christchurchvienna.com .
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
DROPOFF:
Please accompany your student to check-in on Friday, Mar 4th, beginning promptly at 4:30 PM at the Christ Church Vienna Office at above mentioned address and having a Bag Dinner for your student as we will not be stopping to eat.
PICKUP:
We will be returning to the Christ Church Vienna office on Sunday, March 6th , between 3 and 3:30 pm.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
Cancellations occurring within 14 days of your session will result in forfeiture of ½ the tuition fee; Cancellations occurring within 7 days of your session will result in forfeiture of TOTAL amount of the registration fee.
MEDICATION:
Please do not bring medications or vitamins that are not a necessity. All prescription medication MUST be in the original container with the doctor’s instruction label attached. In addition, name on container must match name on medication sheet at check-in (do not mix generic and common names). The nurse will not accept medications in any other condition.
